Enable Group Pty Ltd is a Victorian property development and construction company operating the Enable Co-Living brand. We design and build purpose-built co-living homes for property investors across Victoria.

We collect personal information in the following ways:

Facebook and Instagram Lead Forms — When you submit a lead form attached to an Enable Group advertisement on Facebook or Instagram, your name, email address, phone number, and any custom question responses are collected and transferred to Enable Group.

Website Enquiry Forms — If you submit an enquiry through enablecoliving.com.au, we collect the details you provide in the form.

Direct Contact — If you contact us by phone or email, we may collect and record the personal information you provide during that interaction.

We collect personal information only by lawful and fair means and only when it is reasonably necessary for our functions as described in this policy.

Why we collect personal information

Enable Group collects your personal information for the primary purpose of:

  • Conducting a free property assessment of your Victorian block or investment property
  • Contacting you to discuss the results of your assessment
  • Providing information about purpose-built co-living home designs relevant to your enquiry
  • Following up on previous conversations about your property development interest

We may also use your information for the secondary purposes of improving our services, understanding the interests of our clients, and complying with our legal obligations — but only where this is reasonably expected by you or permitted by law.

  • Contact you by phone, email, or SMS to arrange and deliver your free property assessment
  • Prepare an assessment of your block or property prior to our conversation
